Bread Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Sauce Ingredients:
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup
Vinegar 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
Stuffing Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1 Cup
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
cucumber as you required
Beetroot as you required
Onion as you required
Bread Direction:
Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it’s rise. After that remove the cover and punch the dough and dust dry flour on kitchen slab and rolling it and make a large size bread and then cut it into cirlcle shape with cutter and then take a pan/tawa and cook it from both sides until it’s become into golden color. Follow this method for all breads. Your Breads is ready.
Sauce Direction:
Take a bowl and add Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder and mix it well. Your sauce is ready.
Stuffing Direction:
Take a pan/pot and add Oil, Boneless Chicken, Lemon Juice, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Button Red Chilli, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder and stir it and then turn on the flame and cook it on medium to low flame for 10 minutes. After that remove the cover and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes. Now your Chicken Stuffing is Ready.
Preparation Direction:
Take a bread and cut it into center and make it’s pocket and fill it with chicken stuffing and then put sauce and some cucumber, Beetroot, Onion and then put some sauce again your Mini Pocket Shawarma is Ready.
