 Chicken tikka
Tikka Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Tikka Masala 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Tandoori Color 1/4 tsp
Coal 1 (for Smoke)
Gravy Ingredients:
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomatoes 4 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp (Chopped)
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 tbsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Direction for Tikka:
Step 1: Take 1/2 kg chicken and place some cuts on skin. Now take a bowl and add Yogurt, Tikka Masala, Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Tandoori Color and mix it well and then put 1/2 kg chicken and mariante it for 1 hour.
Step 2: After 1 hour take a karahi/pot and put marinated chicken (from Step 1) and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on high flame and then use medium to low flame and further cook for 15 minutes with lid.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and stir it and turn off the flame and place a foil and place a preheated coal and sprinkle some drops of oil and cover with lid for 2 minutes. After that your tikka is ready and dish out it.
Direction for Gravy:
Step 1: Take a karahi/pot and add oil and onion and stir it and fry it until it become into light pink color and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and slightly fry it. After that add Tomatoes and stir it well and then add Red Chilli Powder, Salt and stir it and add water 1/2 cup and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: Now remove the lid and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame without lid. After that add chicken tikka and stir it and add 1 cup water and cover with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and add Garam Masala Powder, Kasuri Methi, chopped Green Chilli, chopped Ginger, Green Coriander and stir it on high flame for 1 minute. Your Chicken tikka karahi is Ready.
