Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 3 Cups
Salt 1 tsp
Water as you required
Stuffing Ingredients:
Boiled and Shredded Chicken 2 Cups
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Anardana 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Kalonji 1/4 tsp
Fennel 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Plain Flour 2 tbsp
Ghee 4 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with as you required water. Make a simple dough and cover it and rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Take a pan/pot and add oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Green Chilli and stir it and add Kalonji, Fennel and stir it and then add Tomato and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then add Onion and stir it and add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Anardana, Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Kasuri Methi and stir it well for 1 minute on medium flame and then add Boiled and Shredded Chicken and mix it well and stir for 1 minute on medium flame. Now your Stuffing is Ready.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Ghee 4 tbsp and Plain Flour 2 tbsp and mix it well. Now your paste is ready.
Step 4: Now make 4 balls of the dough and spread some oil on it and cover it for 5 minutes and then take a ball and spread oil on the kitchen slab and rolling it and make a large size thin bread and spread 1 tsp flour and ghee paste from step 3 and fold it from both sides (For this Watch Video) and then slightly rolling it and place chicken Stuffing and bind it from all sides (For this Watch Video) and press it with hands and fry it from both sides in fry pan on medium flame. Your Oil Should not be too much hot use normal heat oil and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes until it become into golden brown color. Follow this method and make all Chicken Keema wala Pura or Keema wali tikki.
