Boiled Rice Ingredients:
Rice 1/2 kg (Soaked)
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Water 2 Liters
Garam Masala:
Bay Leaves 1
Black Cardamom 1
Green Cardamom 4
Star Anise 1
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Cloves 6
Gola Kabab Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg
Small Onion 1 (Chopped)
Coconut Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chickpea Flour 1 tbsp
Biryani Ingredients:
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Nutmeg Powder 1/2 tsp
Mace Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Mint 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Yellow Food Color (Zarda Rang)
Kewra Essence 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pot and add Water 2 Liters and then add Salt, All Garam Masala and boiled it and then add Soaked Rice and add Vinegar and slightly stir it and boil it for 5 minutes on high flame. After that Strainer it and your boiled rice for biryani is ready.
Step 2: Take a chopper jar and add Chicken Mince, Onion, Coconut Powder, Oil 1 tbsp, Cumin Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli, Button Red Chilli, Poppy Seeds, Coriander Powder, Salt, Chickpea Flour and chopped it well and then take a kabab seekh and make gola kabab shape kabab. Follow this and make all gola kabab. After that shallow fry it into fry pan. Your Gola Kabab is Ready.
Step 3: Now take a pot and add oil 1/2 cup and then add onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add Tomato and stir it well and then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Mace Powder, Turmeric Powder, Green Cardamom Powder, Cumin Powder and stir it well and add Yogurt and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that add 1/2 Boiled Rice (from step 1) and then place all gola kabab (from Step 2) and then put Yellow Food Color, Kewra Essence, Green Coriander, Mint, Green Chilli and remaining boiled Rice and then sprinkle some Yellow Food Color and Kewra Essence and cover it with lid and cook for first 5 minutes on medium flame and then use low flame and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. After that remove the lid and mix it and serve it. Your Gola Kabab Biryani is Ready.
